4-Custom made earphones generally take at least 31 working days to produce(7/14 days Rush order will be charged in extra), while the modification service production takes at least 21 working days.(After the customer completes the ear impression/we've received the ear impression, the working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

How to quickly and easily wear a Custom Made earphones.

Precautions for daily maintenance of custom made earphones:

Nozzle/Tube/Bores:
Before and after each use, please remember to check the nozzle condition. If it is blocked by anything, please use the cleaning tool, which comes with the package to remove it gently. Note that the cleaning tool is made of metal, and the nozzle is made of plastic. Please pay special attention when cleaning, excessive force or damage to the nozzle will be considered as artificial damage and not included in the free limited warranty service;


Cleaning:
As earphones are personal items, it is recommended to keep them always clean.


Method:
After each use, spray the earphone-specific cleaning agent or alcohol-containing items (such as 75% alcohol) on the cleaning cloth/tissue,
then gently wipe the surface of the earphone until there is no oil or dirt on the surface, and then wait about 5 minutes until the cleaning agent is arid.


Plug/Connector:
Precaution to Combo Con:
If you are going to use a cable other than the stock one, please check whether the MMCX male plug can be used. (Because there are several types of MMCX male plugs on the market, if possible, it will be recommended to take the cable to our company for checking /modification plug service.)
If you find that the sound is intermittent/bad contact on one side during use, please check if the Combo Con PART B and PART A  have come loose. Please regularly check to make sure the Combo Con socket is locked tightly. (If the PartB is loosened, there is a chance that it will detach from the PartA. Please tighten it up, and the problem should be resolved. )
    * It is recommended to use a tool to tighten the Combo Con PART-B part to the PART-A socket until your finger can not unscrew it easily. (Flat nose pliers are recommended)

MMCX socket users:
Please detach the cable once about 1-2 months, and check if there is oxidation/blackening around the connector.
If you found, you can use a sharp-edged cotton stick, and then apply alcohol-containing items (such as disinfectant alcohol and the like ),
And then gently clean the connectors, and then wait about 5 minutes, after the evaporation is completed, plug it in.

2-PIN 0.78 (CM) users:
Please try to avoid frequent replacement of the wire, especially the cable from different brands will have a chance of pin tolerance (regular 2-PIN pin is 0.78), there will be a chance that the socket will loosen and the earphone might be easily drop off, etc.
Please also avoid excessive shaking plugging, and unplugging the wire has the opportunity to expand the female connector and then affect the tightness.

Customized product service terms:
All custom made products do not accept returns and refunds.
LEAR Custom-In ear earphones provide 1 year, Cables for 6 months free local limited warranty service.
LEAR Custom-In ear earphones provide free local REFIT service within 2 months.

Free Maintenance Policy
The following conditions are not accepted as free maintenance:
    a. Appearance is damaged or cracked due to any reason;
    b. Problems caused by the use of non-stock/LEAR's cables;
    c. Problems caused by 3rd party repairing;
    d. Problems caused by improper use or maintenance;
    e. Problems caused by earwax /dirt;
    f. The natural appearance of the goods is damaged or damaged (including socket aging and oxidation);
    g. Failure to provide a valid receipt, warranty card, or items that the warranty period is expired.


Modified service product after-sales service terms
All Modified products will not accept returns or refunds.
Modified earphones/headphones provide 60 days of free local limited maintenance and REFIT service.
Upgrades in our company plus units provide free limited maintenance for half a year.

Free Maintenance Policy
The following conditions are not accepted as free maintenance:
    a. Appearance is damaged or cracked due to any reason;
    b. Problems caused by the use of non-public wires;
    c. Problems caused by 3rd party repairing;
    d. Problems caused by improper use or maintenance;
    e. Problems caused by earwax pour;
    f. The natural appearance of the product is damaged or damaged (including socket aging, oxidation);
    g. The issue of the unit provided by the customer;
    h. Failure to provide valid receipts or products that have exceeded their warranty period.


Headphone cable or upgrade cable service terms
All wires are not subject to return or exchange.
Cable provides 6 months of free local limited warranty service.

Free Maintenance Policy
The following conditions are not accepted as free maintenance:
    a. There is visible damage to the appearance due to any reason;
    b. The presence of the product is naturally damaged or damaged (including socket aging, oxidation, and discoloration);


General Product Service Terms
When you pick up the goods, you must check whether the purchased goods are damaged and whether the accessories are all present. The company provides a "7-day bad goods replacement guarantee," and all products sold are non-refundable.

Exchange policy
    * The following conditions are not acceptable for replacement:
    a. The product purchase period has exceeded seven days;
    b. Due to personal preferences, software problems or exchange requirements for goods that fluctuate in market prices;
    c. Accidental damage (including but not limited to force majeure and natural disasters), human negligence, misuse or destruction or self-repair or modification;
    d. Failure to provide a valid receipt, the product and accessories have not been wholly packaged, damaged, missing or failed to return the gift (if any);
    2. The replacement service is limited to the same model. If the model is out of stock or discontinued, the product of equal value can be replaced.

Warranty terms
    * The following conditions are not acceptable for maintenance:
    a. Accessories (such as chargers, batteries, data cables, etc.) or gifts with the goods;
    b. the natural appearance of the products is worn or damaged;
    c. Accidental damage (including but not limited to force majeure and natural disasters), human negligence, misuse or destruction, or repair or modification by 3rd party.
    d. Failure to provide a valid receipt, warranty card or goods that have exceeded the warranty period;
    e. For products from our other partners, maintenance services will be provided by the company, and customers need to return the product to the manufacturer or agent for repair by themselves;
